2. Product Categories & Eligibility
A. Physical Products
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
B. Digital Downloadable Products
- All Sales are Final.
We do not offer refunds or returns for digital products once they are downloaded or accessed.
Please read the product description carefully before purchase.
C. Dropshipping Products
- Return Window: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Condition: Must include photos of the product and packaging for verification.
- Shipping Costs: Buyer may be responsible for return shipping unless the fault is ours.
D. Affiliate Products
- These are sold via third-party websites.
Please refer to the affiliate partner’s return and refund policy, as we do not process returns for affiliate items directly.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital downloadable content (eBooks, software, templates, etc.)
- Perishable or consumable items
- Items bought with store credits or gift cards (unless required by law)
- Customized or personalized products
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected the item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- In case of shipping-related refunds (e.g., lost or undelivered orders), processing may take longer due to carrier policies.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. International Orders
